Sideffect of the Sequences patch fo 1.3.
Caused by the new DBObject.pm
Just replace with the original, it works like a charm.
So, this file upload problem does not effect on stock 1.3, only patched version.

It is in nginx environment, maybe you remember.
As the nginx error log does not contain any useful, do you have an idea, what to check?
