I checked it (r6070), tried to upgrade the DB via setup.pl, but I got this:

Error!

Can't call method "initialize" on an undefined value at LedgerSMB/Template/HTML.pm line 116.

I have committed some changes which convert most inputs into dojo widgets. I still need to add this to the old code but it is getting there, and I have not yet gotten checkboxes and radio buttons to work consistently yet (so they are not enabled yet).
