The current workflow to add a customer account to a vendor account
(could be done vice versa using the other screens) is:

AR/Customers/Add Customer

Enter entity control code for vendor. Click 'Retrieve.'

Enter account details, etc.

We might want to think about this. I am trying to make it feasible to
make person as well as company fit there.

A larger question is what workflows *should* be instead if what they
are. We may indeed want customer/vendor relationship management stuff
built into top level menus, and I am certainly not opposed to addons
(or even core modules in future versions) accomplishing this.
