LedgerSMB 1.4.0-rc2 out

Hi everyone;

This release includes a few changes made for 1.3 and also rewrites manufacturing/COGS calculations as these were fundamentally broken in RC1.  Anyone interested in testing it, please download it from Sourceforge, Github, or elsewhere.

With luck 1.4.0 will be out soon.
