LedgerSMB 1.3.0 RC4 release candidate released

The LedgerSMB development team is pleased to announce the release of
RC4 of the upcoming 1.3.0 release.  This corrects a few minor workflow
issues due to the change in requiring invoices to be saved or posted
before printing them, a couple of installation bugs, and a few other
minor issues.  It also corrects a significant issue with the AR
outstanding report, which also affected the AP outstanding report in
some cases.

This release can be downloaded at

and RPM's are forthcoming.

Unless anything major is discovered, RC4 is likely to be the final
release candidate before 1.3.0 is released to general users.
